Vice President Operations -- Brent Jones

 Brent Jones is the Vice President in charge of operations for Pioneer Oil Company.  As the son of Donald Jones, he came on board to assist with the development of the fabricating operations of the company.  Brent Jones noticed his interest in fabricating early.  He soon joined the Hurricane Ditcher Company in Illinois and assisted in the building of the patented Hurricane Ditcher Equipment by cutting parts in the plant to dimension for final assembly.  After working there for a while, he soon left the company and started working for himself as a welder in the Lawrenceville, Illinois area.  Upon the request of his father, Donald Jones, he joined the family business working for Franklin Well Services in the shop; here he focused on diligently improving his skills as a technician. 

Brent soon applied his skills at welding to fabricating custom equipment to support the Oil Production effort.  Today, nearly all major equipment in the Franklin fleet was either assembled from the chassis on up or has been customized in some form by the highly skilled Brent Jones.
